_, ATTACHING THE HOSE ASSEMBLY
1. a. Slidehoseadapterof hoseassemblyintothe baseadapter
locatedon the left front of theYardVacuum.See Figure5.
b. Pullspringloadedpin out on the baseand align pin with the first
hole (closestto the end of the tube) in the hoseadapter.
c. Releasethe pin to lock the hosein place.
2. a. Snapthe hosehandlefirst intothe upperhose handlebracket
and then intothe lowerhosehandlebracket.
b. Layhosetubingin curved end of handlenext to chipperchute.

Graspbag handlewith one hand and slide lockingrod on mounting
bracketwith otherhandtowardengine.Usethe end of mounting
bracketas leveragewhenslidingthe lockingrod.
a. Slip bag overthe rim of the dischargeopeningand release
locking rod to securebag in place.See Figure7.
b. Snap bag clipto the topof the lowerhandle.
c. Placethe lowerstrapson the bag overthe topof lowerhandle,
hookingthemon the studs.See Figure7.
NOTE:The bag/chuteswitchbutton attachedto the mountingbracket
must be fully depressedby thetip of fronttab on bag handlewhen
securingthe bag or enginewill not start.
