Use soap and warm water to thoroughly clean.

Clean the rack with detergent and water. Alier

dry with a clean cloth.
Stainless
steel
Do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch the

To clean the stainless steel surtace, use warm
sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish.
_Mways wipe the surtace in the direction of the
grain. Follow cleaner instructions ti)r cleaning

Control
knob
The control knob may be removed for easier
cleaning.

note that it is in the PROOF position.
_'ash the knob in soap and water or a vinegar
and hot water solution but do not soak.
Dry and replace the knob.
