Care and cleaning of the cooking center.
After broiling, remove the broiler
pan from the even.
Broiler Pan & Grid flower o ven)
Donot dean the broiler pan or gnd in
a seif-ciean/bgoven.
Mter broiling, remove the broiler pan
fl'{)m the oven. Remove the grid fl'om the
pail (_arefully pour out the grease fl'Oln
the pan into a proper containe_:
_,V_sh and rinse the broiler pan and grid
in hot water with a soap-filled or plastic
scouting pad.
If fi)od has bm'ned on, sprinkle the grid
with detergent while hot and cover with
wet paper towels or a dishcloth. Soaking
the pan will remove bm'ned-on ti)o(ls.
Both the broiler pan and grid may be
{'leaned with a commercial oven {'leanei2
Both the broiler pan and grid can also be
{leaned in a dishwasher

Control Panel
It's a good idea to wipe the control
panel alter each use. Clean with mild
soap and water or vinegar and water;
rinse with clean wamr and polish dry
with a sott cloth.
Do not ttse abrasive cleanse[_, strong
liquid cleaners, plastic scorning pads or
_x'en dea ne_s on the control pa nel--th ey
will damage the finish. A 50/50 solution {ff
vinegm" and hot water works well.
Probe flower o ven)
The temperature probe ma) be cleaned
with soap and water or a soap-filled
scouting pad. Cool the temperatm'e
probe before cleaning. Scorn" stubborn
spots with a soap-filled scouting pad,
rinse and drx:

Press down and pull out.
RemovableLower Oven Floor
Toremove the oven floor:

instructions in the Lift-Off Oven Door
section of this manual.

Oven Heating Elements
Do not clean the broil element. Am' soil
will bm'n offwhen the element is heated.
The bake element is not exposed and
is under the remox;d)le oven flora: If
spilloveI_, residue or ash acculmllate
on the remowd)le oven flora; wipe up
heft}re sel6cleaning.
T{} clean the bake element area, take out
the remox:d)le floor (see the
Removable
Oven Floor section) and gently lilt the
bake element. Clean with wam] soap)'
wamr Alwa):s replace the remox_d)le floor
