Thetemperaturerangeof the winechiller
isfrom the lowfortiesto the mid sixties. T his
applianceis nota refrigerator and doesnot
maintaintemperatureslikea refrigerator
(below41°F).
Donot installthe winechillerwherethe
temperaturewillgo below55%(13°C) or
above90°F(32°C).
TheREDWINE settingwill providea temperature
of approximatelu 55% (13°C), whichis theoptimum
storagetemperaturefor redwine.
TheWHITE WINEsettingwill providea temperature
of approximatelu 45% (7°C), which isthe optimum
servingtemperaturefor white wine.
Aswith anu refrigeration-tupe product,thereis
a slighttemperaturevariance at differentlocations
withinthe cabinet.
Temperatures at the bottomof the cabinetwill be
coolerthantemperatures at thetop ofthe cabinet.
Position yourwine inventoruaccordinglu (i.e. w hite
winesin the coolerzonesand red in thewarmer
zones).
Toset the control,turn it to the RED WINEsetting.
Oncethe bottlesare loaded,allowat least24 hours
beforemakinganu adjustments to the initial
setting.
NOTE: Thisunitisdesignedfor storingand cooling
beverages. I t isnot intendedfor the storageof
perishable foods.

drinkingandentertainingon the front half of the

completeluvisible.Place winesfor aging or
longerterm storagein the rear.
