ZoomBrowser EX Operation
? Cannot download still images
➜ The camcorder it not set to the correct mode.
Turn the POWER switch to PLAY (VCR) and move the TAPE/CARD switch to
CARD.
➜ The camcorder is not set to the correct USB connection mode.
Open the menu and select [SYSTEM]. Select [USB CONNECT], set it to
[STANDARD] and close the menu.
? Cannot download MPEG-4 movies.
➜ The camcorder is not set to the MPEG-4 Movie playback mode.
Turn the POWER switch to PLAY (VCR) and move the TAPE/CARD switch to
CARD. Press the CARD STILL/MOVIE button to display the MPEG-4 movie
playback mode.
➜ MPEG4 movies cannot be downloaded with ZoomBrowser EX.

? Image files or folders do not appear in ZoomBrowser EX.
➜ Images of folders shown in ZoomBrowser EX and the actual file
contents may be different when an image file has been moved or
copied using Windows functions or edited with a separate program.
Click the [View] menu and select [Refresh Current Folder].
