Connect the power adapter to the camcorder.

When uninstalling the Canon USB Video Driver:
Set the camcorder to NETWORK mode and connect it to the
computer using the USB cable.
When uninstalling the AV/C Camera Storage Subunit-WIA Driver:
Set the camcorder to NETWORK or CARD PLAY mode and
connect it to the computer using the DV cable.
If Scanner and Camera Wizard or Explorer are open, close them.
