Thread trimmer cam position

Caution: Risk of injury!
Turn off the main switch.
Check an set the thread trimmer only with the sewing machine
switched off.
Standard checking
In the looping stroke position, the thread trimmer cam 2 is to be
positioned in such a way that the roller 3 is located in the recess of the
cam.
–
Arrest the machine in "looping stroke position".

Check the setting of the thread trimmer cam.
Correction
–
Loosen screws 1 of the thread trimmer cam.
–
Twist the thread trimmer cam 2 in a way that the roller 3 is located
in the recess of the cam.

Fasten screws 1.
