    Printer Features Menu The following explains settings and meanings of functions on Printer Feature. Printer Feature screen appears when you press the {User Tools/Counter} key.     Preparing the Machine Click [Install]. The printer driver installation starts. Click [Finish]. A message about restarting the computer appears. Restart the computer to complete installation. Click [Exit] in the first dialog box of the installer, and then take out the CD- ROM.
  • Page 31 Installing the Printer Driver Click [DeskTopBinder - SmartDeviceMonitor for Client]. The message to quit all other applications appears. Quit all applications, and then click [Next >]. The software license agreement appears in the [License Agreement] dialog box. After reading through its contents, click [Yes]. Click [Full install] or [Custom Install].

  • Page 36 Preparing the Machine Reference A message appears if there is a newer version of the printer driver already installed. If there is, you cannot install the printer driver using Auto Run. If you still want to install the printer driver, use [Add Printer]. See “When a Message Appears during Installation of the Printer Driver”, Trouble Shooting.
