o Once you have taken action to rectify the problem that has
caused the fault code to appear, plug the machine back into your
mains supply and restore the power.
o Turn the machine on using the ON/OFF button and wait for 5
seconds before trying to select a wash program.
IMPORTANT: If any other combinations of the program
indicator neons flash, you should not attempt to clear it
yourself

DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE FROM YOUR MAINS
SUPPLY. THEN ARRANGE FOR AN ENGINEER TO
ATTEND THE APPLIANCE. YOU SHOULD CONTACT

Other fault codes that require engineer visits
Normal and eco indicator light flickering
o Longer heating time than normal but appliance not reaching the
required temperature.
Malfunction of temperature sensor or of the heating element.

Strong and normal indicator light flickering
o Failure of temperature sensor
Short circuit or malfunction of temperature sensor.

Strong, normal and eco light flickering
o Failure of temperature sensor
Open circuit or malfunction of temperature sensor.

Please note that if an engineer is asked to attend whilst the product is
under guarantee and finds that the problem is not the result of an
appliance fault, then you may be liable for the cost of the call out
charge.
