2.1. Connecting the Interface Cable
ImpOrTANT INfO:
make sure you have a compatible SATA II PCI-X
or PCI-E card installed on your computer. Most
computers do not ship with SATA ports, so a PCI
card must be installed.
1.
Plug one end of the interface cable (USB or eSATA)
into the corresponding port on your host computer
(Fig. 2.1-A).
2.
Connect the other end of the cable to the matching
port on the 2big (Fig. 2.1-B).
If two interfaces are connected at the same time, the
first one connected remains active and the second will
not work.
