Section 3 - Configuration
With the DNS-343 E-Mail Alerts, you can configure e-mails to be sent alerting you to certain operational conditions and
drive status conditions. These alerts can prove helpful with the management and safeguarding of important data.
This section contains the configuration
Alert Settings
settings for your e-mail account and alert
preferences.
After you have configured the settings,
use the Test E-Mail button to send a
test e-mail and confirm your settings
are correct.
A pop-up window will display the success
or failure of the test.
Alert Types
This section contains the alert options
and their configuration settings.
Refer to page 48 for more information.
Save Settings
Click Save Settings to apply and save
the new alert settings.
