Exceptions require executive approval

NOTE:
Backward compatibility is limited to hardware with a minimum of 128 MB
flash and 256 MB RAM for HP ThinPro migrations. Backward compatibility
is limited to hardware with a minimum of 512 MB flash and 512 MB RAM
for HP Debian Linux migrations. Newly customized software will not be
supported on hardware greater than two generations old.
