Using the Quick Menu
1.
Load the document into the ScanSnap.
For details, refer to
Documents" (page

Press the [Scan] button on the ScanSnap.

Scanning is started.

When scanning is complete, the Quick Menu appears.

Click the [Scan to Word], [Scan to Excel], or [Scan to PowerPoint(R)]
icon.
When [JPEG(*.jpg)] is selected for [File format] in the [File option] tab on the ScanSnap
setup dialog box, the [Scan to Word], [Scan to Excel], and [Scan to PowerPoint(R)]
icons are grayed out and cannot be selected.

The following dialog box appears, and the image data conversion to Word, Excel or
PowerPoint files starts.
