To open the Phone application

The telephone function can be activated by
Tap the Applications icon
Select Communication from the pick list in the upper right corner;
then tap the Phone icon. (icon added)
TIP: Alternatively, you can press the Call key
telephone function.

Making a call

Tap Numeric keyboard(0 ~ 9, * and # ) to key in telephone numbers.
