For this problem:
Paper sticks together
Transparencies, glossy
film, or photo papers stick
together
Try this solution:
If paper sticks together when moving through the sheet feeder,
try the following:
Make sure there is not too much paper in the sheet feeder.
Depending on the thickness of your paper, the sheet feeder
can hold up to 30 sheets of paper.
Make sure you are using the correct type of paper.
Remove paper from the sheet feeder and flex or fan the
paper.
When loading paper, do not force the paper down into the
printer.
Note: Humid conditions may cause some papers to stick
together.
If transparencies, glossy film, or photo papers stick together
after they exit the printer:
Use a transparency, glossy film, or photo paper designed for
an inkjet printer. For ordering information, see "Ordering
Supplies" on page 57.
Remove each transparency, glossy film, or photo paper as it
exits from the printer.
Load each piece of specialty media one piece at a time. For
help, see "Loading specialty media" on page 12.
