If you get this message:
Paper jam
Printer is Offline
Try this solution:

Pull firmly on the paper to remove it. If you cannot reach the
paper because it is too far into the printer, open the printer
front cover and pull the paper out from the front of the
printer.

Close the printer front cover.

Press the Paper Feed button.

If necessary, resend your print job. Start with the page on
which the paper jam occurred.
If the error continues, unplug the printer and then plug it back in.
If it continues, your printer may need service.
•
Make sure:
– the power cord is completely plugged into the printer and
an electrical outlet.
– the printer parallel cable is completely plugged into the
printer and the computer.
•
Pressing the Paper Feed button when the printer is out of
paper also causes this message to appear. Unplug the printer
from the electrical outlet and then plug it back in.
