Loading paper and other media

When prompted, place one piece of specialty media against the
specialty media guide in the sheet feeder.
•
Always place the preferred print side facing you.
•
Insert envelopes so that the stamp location is in the lower
right-hand corner.
•
Insert index cards and postcards vertically so the shortest
side is fed into the printer first.
Note: The printer software prompts you to load another piece of
specialty media when you select more than one copy on the
Paper tab.

Slide the paper guide to the left edge of the media.
