Selecting the correct options for banner printing
To select the appropriate options for banner printing from the printer
software:

From your application's File menu, click

From the dialog box, click Properties, Options, or
(depending on your application).

Click the
Paper
tab.

From the Paper Size scroll box, select the banner paper size you are
using.

In the Paper Source area, make sure

Click OK.

Send the print job.
Note: When you have finished banner printing, return the paper support
and specialty media guide to their normal positions before printing
other documents.
