Solutions
Return mode switch to where it stops buzz-
ing and press p .
Prior to starting registration of any other

Remove jammed paper. Turn Mode switch
to OFF then turn to ON, or Turn power OFF
and then turn power ON.
Program the dept. as a normal dept.
Put in new batteries.
Pull lever underneath register at rear.
Issue the general control reset report, peri-
odic reset report and PLU reset report.
