The [Security] - [Authentication] - [User List] - [New Registration] page allows
you to configure the following items.

[User Name] Specify the name of the new user.
Range: Up to 64 characters
Default: [Blank]
A user name that already exists
cannot be specified.
"Public" cannot be specified as the
user name.
