Getting to know your phone

Device components

To turn on the phone, press and hold the Power key. To turn off the phone, press and hold
the Power key for three seconds and touch Power off.

NOTE: Proximity sensor
When receiving and making calls, the proximity sensor automatically turns the backlight
off and locks the touch keypad by sensing when the phone is near your ear. This extends
battery life and prevents the touch keypad from activating unintentionally during calls.
WARNING
Placing a heavy object on the phone or sitting on, it can damage its LCD and touch
screen functions. Do not cover the protective film on the LCD's proximity sensor. This may
cause the sensor to malfunction.
