AT-MC602 network extenders: VDSL Line Port The VDSL Line port allows you to connect the AT-MC601 Subscriber unit to a telephone jack (wall outlet) and the AT-MC602 Provider unit to the inside phone line at the wiring closet. The two units need to be within 1,200 meters of each other in order for the port to operate properly. -

Installing the AT-MC601 Subscriber Unit The AT-MC601 Subscriber unit will most likely be used as a stand-alone device, or can be used as a desktop device, or mounted onto a wall, using the keyholes on the bottom of the unit. Starting a Configuration Session Downloading In order to configure and manage your AT-MC601 and AT-MC602 VDSL Software Updates network extenders, you need to download a copy of the configuration software onto the computers you will use to manage the units.
