13. Basic Settings

Customize your phone settings to suit your personal needs.
Ringtone
1. Tap Start > Settings, and then tap Sound.

Tap Ringtone, select the desired ringtone in the list, and then tap Done.
Phone profile
A profile is a preset that determines how your phone will alert you when there are
incoming phone calls. To select a profile:
1. Tap Start > Settings, and then tap Sound.

Under Profiles, choose one of the following: Normal, Vibrate, Silent, or Automatic.
Notes • Automatic sets your phone to vibrate only when you receive phone calls during scheduled
• If you have set an alarm and you select the Vibrate or Silent profile, you will not hear the

1. Tap Start > Settings, and then tap Wallpaper. The Album program opens.
