Privacy
In many applications, you can make individual records
private. Private records remain visible and accessible,
however, until you select the Privacy setting to hide or
mask all private records. Masked records appear as gray
placeholders in the same position in which they would
appear if they were not masked, and are marked with a
lock icon.
Hidden records disappear completely from the screen. If
you define a password for your PDA phone, you must
enter it to display private records.

To mask or hide a private record:
1. Tap the
Current Privacy
2. Select one of the following options:

Mask Records
•
Hide Records
list in any form.
3. Enter a password and press
pick list.
