Smart Shoe

Using the Smart Shoe

✤ You can use to attach an optional accessory to the camcorder's
Smart Shoe.
✤ The accessory is powered by the camcorder's power supply.
✤ Turn the camcorder's power off before attaching/removing the
accessory to the Smart Shoe.
✤ Types of optional accessories for Smart Shoe.

VL-S1FL - Video Light/Flash

ZM-EC1 - Gun Zoom Mic
ex) Using the VL-S1FL Video Light/Flash(optional)
1. Remove the Smart Shoe Cover from the camcorder.
2. Slide the VL-S1FL(Video Light/Flash) onto the Smart Shoe and
tighten with shoe lock.

Slide the VL-S1FL onto the camcorder until it clicks securely
into place.
I
Make sure that the accessory does not come disconnected
when turning the shoe lock.
3. Set the camcorder to CAMERA or M.REC mode. (see page 29)
4. Move the Video Light's power switch to AUTO or ON.
Note
I
Close the Smart Shoe Cover after using the Video Light/Flash or
Gun Zoom Mic.

Smart-Kontaktschuh

Smart-Kontaktschuh verwenden

✤ Sie können optionales Zubehör an den Smart-Kontaktschuh des
Camcorders anschließen.
✤ Das angeschlossene Zubehörteil wird über die Stromversorgung
des Camcorders gespeist.
✤ Schalten Sie den Camcorder aus, bevor Sie ein Zubehörteil an
den Smart-Kontaktschuh anschließen.
✤ Optionales Zubehör für den Camcorder:

VL-S1FL - Video-/Blitzleuchte

ZM-EC1 - Mikrofon (Gun/Zoom-Modus)
Beispiel: Video-/Blitzleuchte VL-S1FL (Option) anschließen
1. Nehmen Sie die Abdeckung des Smart-Kontaktschuhs ab.
2. Schieben Sie die Video-/Blitzleuchte VL-S1FL auf den Smart-
Kontaktschuh. Fixieren Sie die Leuchte, indem Sie den
Kontaktschuh verriegeln.

Drehen Sie den Ring unten an der Leuchte in Richtung des
Pfeils, bis er einrastet.
I
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich die Leuchte nicht löst, wenn
Sie die Schuhverriegelung drehen.
3. Stellen Sie den Camcorder auf die Betriebsart CAMERA oder
M.REC ein (siehe Seite 29).
4. Stellen Sie den Netzschalter der Video-/Blitzleuchte auf Position
AUTO oder ON.
Hinweis
I
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nach der Verwendung des Smart-
Kontaktschuhs die Abdeckung wieder aufsetzen.
