EASY Mode (for Beginners)

✤ The EASY mode allows a beginner to easily make good
recordings.
I
The EASY mode only operates in CAMERA mode.
1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.
2. By pressing the EASY button, all functions on the
camera will be set to off and the recording settings
will be set to the following basic modes:
I
Battery level, recording mode, counter,
DATE/TIME, and DIS (
I The word "EASY.Q" will appear on the LCD at
the same time.
However, the DATE/TIME will only be seen if it
has been previously set. (see page 53)
3. Press START/STOP to start recording.
I
Recording will begin using the basic automatic
settings.
4. Pressing the EASY button again in the STBY mode and then turns
the EASY mode off.
I
The EASY function will not turn off when you have recording.
I
The camera will return to the settings that were set prior to
activating EASY mode.

In EASY mode, certain functions are not available, such as MENU,
BLC, MF/AF.
- If you want to use these functions, you must first switch the
EASY mode off.

The EASY mode settings are deleted when the battery pack is
uninstalled from the camcorder and therefore, they must be reset
when a battery pack has been replaced.

✤ Der EASY-Modus bietet einen leichten Einstieg in die Verwendung
des Camcorders, so dass auch Anfängern gute Aufnahmen
gelingen.
✤ Der EASY-Modus ist nur im Aufnahmemodus (CAMERA) verfügbar.
1. Stellen Sie den Betriebsmodus-Schalter auf
CAMERA.
2. Durch Drücken der Taste EASY werden alle
Camcorder-Funktionen ausgeschaltet und
folgende Einstellungen aktiviert:

Anzeige von Akkuladestand,
Aufnahmemodus, Bandzählwerk und
Datum/Uhrzeit; Aktivieren der
STBY
Bildstabilisierung DIS (

Hinweis: Datum und Uhrzeit werden nur
angezeigt, wenn diese zuvor eingestellt
wurden (siehe Seite 53).

I Die Aufnahme startet; dabei werden die Voreinstellungen des
EASY-Modus verwendet.
4. Um den EASY-Modus wieder zu beenden, drücken Sie die Taste
EASY erneut.

Die Funktion EASY schaltet sich wahrend einer Aufnahme nicht
ab.

Der Camcorder kehrt zu den Einstellungen zurück, die vor
Einschalten des EASY-Modus aktiviert waren.
Hinweise
I
Im EASY-Modus sind einige Funktionen nicht verfügbar (z. B.
MENU, BLC, MF/AF).
- Um diese Funktionen verwenden zu können, muss der EASY-
Modus zuerst ausgeschaltet werden.

Die Einstellungen für den EASY-Modus werden beim Abnehmen
des Akkus gelöscht und müssen nach dem Austausch des Akkus
neu vorgenommen werden.
