Preparing

1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.
2. Press the Self Timer button on the remote until
the appropriate setting is displayed on the
LCD:

WAIT-10S/SELF-30S

WAIT-10S/SELF-END
3. To start the delayed recording, press the
START/STOP button.
: After waiting for 10 seconds, recording starts.
: If you have selected SELF-30S, recording
stops automatically after 30 seconds.
: If you have selected SELF-END, press
START/STOP again when you wish to stop
recording.
Note: When using the timer, pressing the
START/STOP button again, cancel's the
timer function.

Adjusting the Hand Strap and Shoulder Strap

Hand Strap
✤ It is very important to adjust the hand strap correctly to ensure the
camera can be held steady during use.
✤ The hand strap enables you to:
- Hold the camcorder in a stable, comfortable position.
- Press the Zoom and the red Record button without having to
change the position of your hand.
1. Detach adhesive tape from the Hand Strap.
2. Adjust the Hand Strap to your hand and
reattach the adhesive tape to secure it.
Shoulder Strap
✤ The Shoulder Strap allows you to carry
your camcorder with complete safety.
1. Insert each end of the strap into the hooks on
the camcorder.
2. Put the end of each strap through the
buckle, adjust the length of the strap,
then pull it tight in the buckle.

Halteschlaufe und Schultergurt einstellen

Halteschlaufe
✤ Mit der Halteschlaufe können Sie:
1. Stellen Sie den Schalter für den
Betriebsmodus auf die Position CAMERA.
2. Drücken Sie ein- oder zweimal die Taste für
Selbstauslöser-Aufnahmen, bis die
gewünschte Anzeige erscheint:

WAIT-10S/SELF-END
3. Drücken Sie die Aufnahmetaste START/STOP,
um die Selbstauslöser-Funktion zu starten.
: Nach 10 Sekunden beginnt die Aufnahme.
: Bei Auswahl von SELF-30S stoppt die
Aufnahme automatisch nach 30 Sekunden.
: Bei Auswahl von SELF-END drücken Sie die
Taste START/STOP, um die Aufnahme zu
beenden.
Hinweis: Zum Abbrechen einer Selbstauslöser-
Aufnahme drücken Sie die Aufnahmetaste
START/STOP ein zweites Mal.
- den Camcorder ruhig und bequem halten;
- den Zoom-Einsteller und die rote Aufnahmetaste START/STOP
betätigen, ohne die Handposition zu ändern.
1. Lösen Sie das Klettband von der
Handschlaufe.
2. Passen Sie die Handschlaufe an die Größe
Ihrer Hand an und befestigen Sie sie wieder
mit dem Klettband.
Schultergurt
✤ Mit dem Schultergurt können Sie Ihren
Camcorder sicher transportieren.
1. Öffnen Sie die Schnallen und führen Sie die
Enden durch die Ösen am Camcorder.
2. Führen Sie die Enden durch die Schnallen.
Stellen Sie die Länge des Gurts ein. Ziehen
Sie die Enden fest.
