NOTE: Install this telephone away from electronic
equipment, such as personal computers, television sets or
microwave ovens. Avoid excessive heat, cold, dust or
moisture.
1 Connect the telephone line cord. (figure a)

Connect the power cord to the base and an electrical outlet
not controlled by a wall switch. (figure a)

Install the handset batter y. Use only AT&T Battery 2401,
SKU# 91077. (figure b)

Charge the handset batter y.
• Place the handset in the base.
• C h a rge the battery at least 12 hours . After the fi rst ch a rge ,
the battery will char ge in eight hours.
For detailed installation instructions,to use the belt clip,or to
use a headset with this phone please refer to the INSTALLATION
section of your User's Manual.

FEATURE SETUP

Set Time
You can choose to set the handset time manually, or you can allow
it to be set automatically with incoming Caller ID information.
