0x00E00000 I/O from cache and firmware timing issue. The microcode would occasionally panic
with a 0x00E00000/0x00E0000C code during normal operating conditions. The panic
was a result of communication problems between the two SPs in a mirrored caching
array. Fixed in microcode revision 8.55.
Executing I/O exclusively to and from cache for an extended period of time (>5
seconds) could result in a panic 0x00E00000 with extended status code
0x00E0000C. Fixed in microcode revisions 8.26 to 8.56.
Panic 0x00E00000 and 0x00E0000D were caused by a firmware related timing issue
under heavy I/O activity. Fixed in microcode revisions 8.27, 8.58, and 9.04.
0x00E0000C Incorrect state reported by peer. (Reference the 0x0080007E code.)
0x00F20009 Uninitialized NovRAM. The contents of the nonvolatile RAM on the controller indicate
that the NovRAM does not contain valid information. The controller automatically
initializes the NovRAM to a valid state after this error is reported.
