Download the Client Log
AppSpeed technical support might request that you send them your client log to assist them in analyzing a
problem.
Procedure
1
In the AppSpeed menu bar, click Administration.

In the page selection bar, click Support.

Under Client Log, click the Click here link.
4
Specify a location to save the client log and click OK.
The client log is downloaded.
Create an AppSpeed Snapshot
An AppSpeed snapshot is a collection of logs, configuration files, and internal databases.
Procedure
1
In the AppSpeed menu bar, click Administration.

In the page selection bar, click Support.

Under Snapshot, select a snapshot option.
Option

Description
Collects all of the logs, configuration, and server databases of the AppSpeed
Server and its probes for the previous four days.
Specify which type of information is collected.
Snapshot of the server excluding probes.
Server only
Includes server commands, but excludes probe data,
Commands only
logs, and database data.
Enables you to select a period of time in hours.
