The following values are valid:
1: Log off user
2: Restart host computer
3: Lock computer

Returns the number of seconds to wait before
the host modem calls back the remote.

connection or is cancelled after a normal end
of session.
The following values are valid:
FALSE: Wait for next connection
TRUE: Cancel host
