You can restore or distribute a personality that you previously captured by using
the Distribute Personality task. Deployment Solution uses PC Transplant to
capture and distribute personalities.

Personality Packages are stored in the
Agent\Agents\Deployment\Task Handler\PCTPackages
contains several folders that are named with GUIDs. After you create a personality,
the package is located in one of these folders.

To restore user settings

In the Symantec Management Console, on the Actions menu, click
Deployment > Distribute Personality.

On the Distribute Personality page, type the name of the personality that
you want to use.
If you distribute multiple personalities, you can use the
the personality name. This token creates a unique name for each personality.
You can also browse to the personality file that you want to use.

Choose the users to distribute the personality to.

Select any other options that you want to use.

Specifies that the Personality Package can be stored in
several files. You can use this option if your package might
exceed the maximum size of a file (2 GB). This option is
also useful if your package exceeds the specific storage
media that you want to use. This option lets you use
different types of media for a single package. For example,
CD-ROM, JAZ, or zip drives .
