You can use one of them or both inputs, mixing the two signals. Connect to another subwoofer's line in. The signal extracted on each connector Line outputs: correspond to the upper LINE IN connector.

Locating the subwoofer near a wall will increase the bass response of the speaker. If its placed too near to a corner, the overall effect may be too "boomy".
