Program Receive Map

MIDI Program Receive Mapping allows you to "map" an incoming Program change command to access a Program number different from
the actual received Program number. In other words, you can send the RP21D a MIDI Program change command of 48, but the RP21D
would go to Program 67 (or any Program number that you map in for Program 48). This may seem confusing, but is extremely useful when
you are using multiple MIDI devices chained together.
To remap the incoming MIDI Programs, do the following:
1. Press the Utility button once. Use the Next or Previous Page buttons until you reach page 4 and the display will read:
2. The number three icon is indicating that you must press the number three button in order to access the incoming MIDI Program number.
You can then rotate the Data Wheel to select the MIDI Program 1 through 128 that you want to remap.
3. The number four icon is indicating that you must press the number four button in order to access the RP21D Program that the MIDI
Program will call up. You can then rotate the Data Wheel to select one of the RP21D's 256 Programs that you wish to be called up when
the RP21D receives the MIDI Program shown next to the number three icon.

Program Transmit Map

MIDI Program Transmit Mapping allows you to "map" an outgoing Program change command to access a Program number different from
the actual Program number selected on the RP21D. In other words, you can send a MIDI Program change command of 48, even though
the Program selected on the RP21D was 67 (or any Program number that you map). This may seem confusing, but is extremely useful when
you are using multiple MIDI devices chained together.
To remap the outgoing MIDI Programs do the following:
1. Press the Utility button once. Use the Next or Previous Page buttons until you reach page 5 and the display will read:
2. The number one icon is indicating that you must press the number one button in order to access the transmit MIDI Program change
