(For more information, refer to "Set the Fabric" in the "Operation Guide".) Make sure that removal and installation of the fabric roller is performed by two or more workers CAUTION due to the weight of the fabric.
Page 9 How to Remove Glue When Using the Glue Removal Tool Remove the fabric feeding position sensor. Fabric feeding position sensor Turn by hand and loosen screw [1] under the sensor unit and remove the sensor unit in direction [2]. Open the rear protection cover. Remove the fabric guide bar.

Two people are required to remove the tension roller. Remove the catching-prevention cover of hair and body parts on the right and left sides of the belt.

Page 31 How to Remove Glue When Using the Glue Removal Tool Belt Surface Cleaning Confirm that Leonardo is in glue application mode, and then select [Feedrate enable] and click [+] to rotate the belt in the forward direction. Use a wipe cloth soaked in ethanol (proper amount) to wipe the belt surface. When the belt surface is completely clean, slowly rotate the belt and wipe clean using an ethanol-soaked wipe cloth.
Page 32 How to Remove Glue When Using the Glue Removal Tool Set the scale of the volume in the electric box to 0 and then stop the rotation of the belt. Click [+] on Leonardo to stop the belt. Do not insert the maintenance key except for when applying glue. Inserting the maintenance CAUTION key disables the belt operation safety function, resulting in a dangerous situation.
Page 33 How to Remove Glue When Using the Glue Removal Tool Remove the bag and protective tape that was secured to the glue removal tool. Remove the protective tape that was attached to the tips of the hooks of the glue removal tool.

Page 36 How to Remove Glue When Using the Glue Removal Tool Align the holes on both ends of plate B with the protruding parts of the glue removal tool and attach the plate. Align the L-shaped section of plate C with the corner of the glue removal tool and attach it.
