- Page 2 MONTAGEANLEITUNG: Bohren Sie mit einem 4mm-Bohrer an den sechs an der Sitzschale markierten Stellen (siehe Pfeile im Bild) Löcher. Lassen Sie die Sitzschale nach Ihren Wünschen polstern und beziehen. Wir empfehlen dabei die Unterseite mit einem Filz bespannen zu lassen. Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom hinteren Halter ab.
- Page 3 Die Einnietmutter wird dann in die Bohrung eingesetzt, die Schraube wird mit einem passenden Schlüssel festgehalten und die Mutter solange mit einem 10er Ring- oder Maulschlüssel angezogen, bis die Einnietmutter festsitzt. Befestigen Sie das hintere Ende des Sitzes mit der Linsenkopfschraube an der eingenieteten Mutter. Das Thunderbike-Team wünscht viel Vergnügen...

- Page 6 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Drill six 4mm-holes at the marked position of the seat plate (see arrows in pic.). Stuff the cushion to the seat plate and cover it with your favored material. Move off the protection foil of the rear bracket. Rivet both brackets to the downside of the seat plate.
- Page 7 If you don’t have the tools to mount the clinch nut, the following tip will help you: Took a M6x30mm screw and mount a nut, a washer and the clinch nut in succession on it. The clinch nut must be inserted into the drilled hole. The screw must be hold on tight with a suitable wrench and the nut must be tightened with a 10er combination wrench till the nut is fixed.
