    Bedienung Demontage des alten Dichtrings Legen Sie den alten Kurbelwellen-Dichtring nach Herstellerangaben frei. Stellen Sie den Motor auf die OT-Position (Oberer Totpunkt) und entfernen Sie die Ölwanne sowie die Steckverbindung vom Motordrehzahlgeber. Demontieren Sie alle Verschraubungen des Dichtungsgehäuses und drücken Sie das alte Dichtungsgehäuse mithilfe von drei M6-Schrauben aus.
  • Page 5 Montage des neuen Dichtrings Nachdem das Gehäuse des Kurbelwellen-Dichtrings am Werkzeug montiert ist, kann die Sechskantmutter der Spindel komplett aufgedreht werden. Hinweis: Überprüfen Sie nochmals, ob sich der Motor noch in der OT- Position (Oberer Totpunkt) befindet. Nun kann das Werkzeug am Motor angesetzt und mithilfe der beiden Innensechskantmuttern handfest verschraubt werden.

Der Umwelt zuliebe sowie um ein reibungsloses Recycling zu gewährleisten, achten Sie bitte unbedingt auf eine umweltgerechte Entsorgung von Flüssigkeiten sowie auf eine saubere Trennung übrig gebliebener Materialien.

  • Page 10 Removal of the old sealing ring Expose the old crankshaft sealing ring according to the manufacturer's instructions. Set the engine to the TDC position (top dead centre) and remove the oil pan and the plug connection from the engine speed sensor. Remove all screw connections from the seal housing and press out the old seal housing using three M6 screws.
  • Page 11 Installing the new sealing ring Once the housing of the crankshaft sealing ring has been fitted to the tool, the hexagon nut of the spindle can be completely unscrewed. Tip: Check again whether the engine is still in the TDC position (top dead centre).

    Funzionamento Smontaggio della vecchia guarnizione Scoprire la vecchia guarnizione dell'albero motore attenendosi alle istruzioni del costruttore. Posizionare il motore sul punto morto superiore e rimuovere la vaschetta dell'olio e il connettore dal trasmettitore tachimetrico del motore. Rimuovere tutti i collegamenti a vite dell'alloggiamento della guarnizione ed estrarre la vecchia sede della guarnizione utilizzando tre viti M6.
  • Page 23 Montaggio della nuova guarnizione Dopo aver montato l'alloggiamento della guarnizione dell'albero motore sull'attrezzo, il dado esagonale del mandrino può essere ruotato completamente. Avvertenza: Controllare nuovamente che il motore si trovi ancora nel punto morto superiore. L'attrezzo può ora essere collegato al motore e avvitato manualmente utilizzando i due dadi esagonali a testa vuota.
