Bedienung Demontage Radlager: Ausziehschrauben je nach Radbolzen-Gewinde auswählen, und in die Gewinde der Radnabe einschrauben. Hinweis: Es werden keine zwei Abstützmöglichkeiten am Radlagergehäuse benötigt. Ein abwechselndes Abstützen an einer Stelle des Radlagergehäuses kann wie folgt erfolgen: Die Ausziehschraube bis zur Abstützmöglichkeit drehen. Schraube noch eine weitere Umdrehung drehen. - Page 5 Montage Radlager: Den vorderen Sicherungsring als Anschlag in das Radlagergehäuse montieren. Das neue Radlager von hinten vor das Lagergehäuse positionieren und die Ausziehglocke mit der Spindel in das Radlagergehäuse einführen. Die einzelnen Werkzeugkomponenten in nachstehender Reihenfolge auf die Spindel platzieren: Drucklager, Druckhülse, Stufenscheibe, Glocke. Nun kann der Einbauvorgang beginnen.

Wartung und Lagerung Spindel- und Bolzengewinde sind hohen Belastungen ausgesetzt. • Alle Gewinde müssen beim Verwenden sauber und geschmiert sein, und sollten daher vor jeder Verwendung mit einem Hochleistungsfett eingefettet werden. Tip: No two support options are required on the wheel bearing housing. Alternate support at one point of the wheel bearing housing can be done as follows: Turn the extraction screw to the support position.

Position the new wheel bearing from the rear in front of the bearing housing and insert the extraction bell with the spindle into the wheel bearing housing.
