How a Registration Manager Works
Registration Manager agents can approve requests made by end entities to revoke
their certificates, but agents cannot revoke certificates on their own. The Certificate
Manager agent for the CA that issued the certificate would have to revoke a
certificate.
A Registration Manager does not create or publish CRLs.
