Specifies the requestor's email address.
Specifies the request type—whether it is a certificate enrollment, certificate
renewal, certificate revocation, key archival, or key recovery request.
Specifies the serial number of the certificate; the serial number will be displayed
as a hexadecimal value in the resulting message.
Specifies whether the operation failed or succeeded.
Specifies the distinguished name of the certificate subject.
