Distinguished Name (DN) string. See RFC 2253.
DN to be used for the certificate subject.
Example: CN=Alice Apple, UID=alice, OU=People, O=Example
Corporation, C=US

Name of the entity making a request; helps identify the requestor during
manual enrollment.
Example: Alice Apple

Email address of the entity making a request. May be used to send out
notification when a certificate has been issued.
Example: alice@example.com

Phone number of the entity making a request.
Example: 650.555.1212

Additional comments provided by the requestor on the HTML form. This field
can be used if there is additional information you want to collect to help the
manual enrollment.
Parameters for setting bits in the netscape-cert-type certificate extension.

for details. A true value sets the bit to 1; false sets the bit to 0.

Sets the S/MIME client certificate bit (bit 2).

Sets the S/MIME certificate issuer bit (bit 6).
