Function: Actually revokes a certificate or group of certificates for a given reason.
Default Forms
No forms directly post data to the Approve Revocation interface.
Other forms, such as
query criteria; the selected certificates can then be marked for revocation by
creating buttons or links that post data to the Approve Revocation interface.
