Creates and generates the new set of indexes to be maintained following the

db2bak.pl [-v] -D rootdn -w password [-a dirName]
creates an entry in the directory that launches this dynamic
db2bak.pl
Parameter
Description
rootdn
The user DN with root permissions, such as Directory
Manager. The default is the DN of the directory manager,
which is read from the nsslapd-root attribute under
cn=config.
password
The password associated with the user DN.
dirName
The directory where the backup files will be stored. By
default it is under serverRoot/slapd-serverID/bak
The backup file is named according to the
year-month-day-hour format (YYYY_MM_DD_hhmmss).
Verbose mode.
The database type.
type is
db2index.pl [-v] -D rootdn { -w password | -j filename
} [-n backendInstance] [-t attributeName]
.
