150W Explosion Proof LED Light - 140 Degree Spread - 2x4 Lay-In
The Explosion Proof fixture is a 2x4 Class I Division 2 hazardous location lay-in LED light fixture and
is ideal for use in paint spray booths and hazardous environments where space for lighting fixtures is
limited.
The unique design focuses the light where it is needed, giving improved efficiency over a
conventional HID luminaire.
This light is multi-voltage capable and can be operated with 100-277 VAC, 50/60Hz, or 11-25 Volts
AC/DC without any need for a special ballast.
WARNING
To avoid the risk of fire, explosion or electric shock, this product should be installed, inspected
and maintained by a qualified electrician only, in accordance with all applicable electrical codes.
To avoid electric shock:

Be certain electrical power is OFF before and during installation and maintenance.

Luminaire must be connected to a wiring system with an equipment-grounding conductor.
To avoid explosion:

Make sure the supply voltage is within the luminaires' voltage rating.

Ensure the marked T rating is less than the ignition temperature of the Hazardous
Atmosphere.

Do not operate in ambient temperatures above those indicated on the luminaire nameplate.

Do not operate if the lens is cracked or damaged. All fasteners should be properly seated.
For supply connections, use wire rated for at least 110°C
Recommended mounting height is 25-40 feet.
MOUNTING
This fixture is designed for recessed mounting and requires a mounting hole to be made in booth
panels capable of accommodating the fixture housing in order to provide the maximum amount of
space in paint spray booth enclosures. Once mounted, this fixture`s door frame will extend 3/8"
into the spray booth.
WARNING: If there is moisture present, or chance of it, in the conduit system then necessary
precautions should be taken by the installer to prevent the moisture from entering thru the cable
or conduit and entering the fixture. Failure to comply with the above could void the warranty.
