DESCRIPTION
The HDA-1 ls a slender loudspeaker in a column configuration which provides custom
flexability in a space saving design. This combination provides a clean sounding
speaker in a convienient package. The system utilises frequency and phase tapering
to control dispersion over the critical speech intelligibility. lt is ideal for background
music needs of schools, businesses and institutions.
The loudspeaker provides greater potential for speech intelligibility in highly
reverberant spaces. The
control of vertical lobing error provides even dispersion over
the target listening area without "nulls"
or
"peaks" normally associated with wide
bandwidth loudspeakers. The
system
is
highly stable against feedback where the
microphone position is close to the loudspeaker.
