Assembly
Step 2: Install Wheel Axle and Wheels
To install wheel assembly, you will need:
‰ Wheel axle (1)
‰ M8 x 16 mm long full-thread hex flange bolts (4)
‰ M8 serrated flange nuts (4)
‰ Axle bracket

‰ Wheels (2)
‰ M16 x 30 mm OD x 2 mm washers (2)
‰ Cotter pins (2)
‰ 13 mm open end wrench
‰ Socket wrench with 13 mm socket
‰ Needle-nose pliers
* Two brackets are needed to install wheel axle. One bracket
comes already attached to wheel axle; other bracket is included
in wheel kit box.
† Not included.
Install wheel axle brackets to frame using 16 mm long

full-thread hex flange bolts and serrated flange nuts.
Install pre-attached bracket to frame first.

Install other bracket (included in hardware bag) to

On each end of axle:
Slide and push wheel onto axle until it fits snug

Slide a washer onto axle.

Slide cotter pin into pre-drilled hole until fully seated.
Using needle-nose pliers, bend each end of cotter pin

in opposing directions to secure wheel to axle.

Return generator to upright position (so that wheels
and leg supports are touching the ground).
