ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
SWIVEL FLOOR LAMP

Point (J)
1. Screw the pole (B) clockwise into the base (A)
to tighten.
2. Screw the pole (C) clockwise into the pole (B)
to tighten.
3. Screw the pole (D) clockwise into the pole (C)
to tighten.
4. Screw the pole (E) clockwise into the pole (D)
to tighten.
5. Screw the pole (F) clockwise into the pole (E)
to tighten.
6. Screw the part (G) clockwise into the pole (F)
to tighten. Pull the remaining slack of the power
cord out carefully through point (J).
7. Remove socket ring (I) from shade holder on the
part (G) and hold shade (H) on socket while
re-attaching socket ring to secure the shade to
the shade holder.

This product is suitable

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other) as a feature to

in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless p ug can be
fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.
BULB TYPE: (1) 3-way 100 watt incandescent or
26 watt CFL equivalent.
