Solution： Falls Down PARTS INCLUDED Turn counter- clockwise(" + " direction) to increase gas spring tension until the monitor can stay at the desired height by itself.

    Step1: Clamp Installation Option A ： Desk stallation. M4 x5 Clamp In M6x10 step, then Step 2 on Page 5 . After this 2.5-6 .3 6 in 0 .98 -2 S= 4 mm oosen T ighten S=4mm Tighten Desk NOTE: Hand tighten screws to avoid over tightening. Adjust the clamp depth to fit the desk.

S=4 mm Tighten Flat surface installation:Install 4 short screws through faceplate to monitor via mounting holes.Do not tighten the screws excessively or your monitor might Place Bolt ( D) through the center of Grommet Base ( Part 1) .

    Ⅳ S= 3 mm Desk Desk Desk S= 3 mm Part 2 T ighten DO NOT tighten the screw excessively or it might be stripped. Insert Bolt (D) through the Grommet Hole on desktop. Attach the Support Plate Insert the gas spring arm (d) above the extension arm and fasten the inner (Part 2) and the Wingnut (D), and then tighten the Wingnut (D) set screw in the front.
