Gevi GECME403L-U Manual

This espresso machine is able to accurately control temper-
atures for coffee brewing, milk steaming, and discharge of
hot water through its NTC temperature control system, and
different changes of the three indicators on the panel indicate
a different working condition of the machine. Refer to the
table below for detailed information.

Wait for the preheating to be finished.
1. Press the BREWING ESPRESSO
button to start coffee brewing, or
2. Turn the knob to the water icon
to discharge hot water.
Press the BREWING ESPRESSO button
to stop brewing when the desired
amount is reached(40mL/cup is
recommended).
Solutions to high-temp alarm
1. The fastest way to lower the temp:
Turn the knob to the water icon for about
10s ( place an empty cup under the steam
wand tip ), or
2. Wait for about 30min
Solutions to low-temp alarm
1. Restore the BREWING ESPRESSO button
to its initial state, and wait for the espresso
function indicator to turn solid, then press
the button again to start coffee brewing, or
2. Turn the knob to the "

the knob to the water icon to dispense hot
water.
Wait for the preheating to be finished.
Turn the knob to the steam icon to
start steaming milk.
When milk steaming is completed, turn
the knob to the "
releasing steam.
Place an empty cup under the steam
wand tip to contain hot water, when the
desired amount of water is reached, turn
the knob to the "

MILK STEAMING buttons to their initial
state, and turn the knob to the water icon
to dispense water for about 10s(place a
cup under the steam wand tip).
