Do not tighten bolts / screws completely until all bolts / screws are lined up and inserted into holes. 2. Do not over tighten screws and bolts to avoid stripping. 3. Please use hand tools to assemble this product. Do not use power tools.
- Page 4 Step 1 It’s as easy as it looks! Secure the Seat Cushion (A) to the Seat Frame (C) using the ¼ x 2 ⅜ inch Hex Button Head Bolts (1). Tighten using the provided Allen Key (4). We told you this was going to be easy! Do NOT overtighten hardware.
- Page 5 Step 2 Now take a moment to match the sticker on the bottom of the Chair Back (B) with the sticker on the corner block. Attach the Chair Back (B) to the Frame Seat (C) using the ¼ x 2 ⅜ inch Hex Button Head Bolts (1).
- Page 6 Step 3 Now let’s secure those Legs (D)(E) in place! Consider this your workout of the day. Do NOT overtighten hardware. Tighten only to 75% for now.
- Page 7 Step 4 Match the sticker on the bottom of the Front Chair Legs (D)(E) with the sticker on the corner blocks before tightening hardware. Do NOT overtighten hardware. Tighten only to 75% for now. Important Note: Screws are installed through the footrest and stretchers at an angle.
